Change in weather

Today was a very warm day. Big adjustment since we had a week of bitter cold weather. I have been very lethargic. Went to ACAC today. Did weights and elliptical. Then took items to Goodwill. Then home, and had something to eat. I am noticing the sleepiness comes upon me after eating. I rolled over on my glasses and bent the left arm. Will see if I can get it fixed tomorrow.
